The deadline to submit both Resolutions and Constitutional Amendments is Friday, February 6, 2026. This was an earlier deadline than previous years.
At Convention 2024, a Constitutional Amendment was passed requiring that Resolutions and Constitutional Amendments must be submitted a minimum of 60 days prior to Convention. Convention 2026 will take place from April 9 to April 11.
