Carillion highway maintenance workers have rejected the company’s offer. Locals 221, 317 and 704 voted 80 per cent in favour of strike action.
A previous strike date of midnight July 8th was extended to July 13th. The union and employer are currently working with a mediator for a date to return to the table.
