Members of the Rainbow Alliance arc-en-ciel will be present at this year's Toronto Pride!  OPSEU members, friends, family and allies are encouraged to come out in support!  We hope to see you there!  If you are interested in volunteering and/or would like more information, send an e-mail to pride@opseu.org.

7th Anniversary of the Trans March

This is one of the largest annual trans events in Canada.  The march provides a place for trans-identified people to rally, stand up and come together in solidarity. 

All trans-identified people, their friends and allies are welcome to march.  A large contingent of people from the labour contingent is also expected to be in attendance.

Labour Pride at the Dyke March

Join your labour sisters and allies as they take the streets to celebrate 20 years of the Dyke March in Toronto!

20th Anniversary of the Dyke March

This is a grassroots event where women and trans people take over the streets of Toronto.  It also serves as a political demonstration of critical mass and to revel in the strength, diversity and passion of women and trans people.

Annual Pride Brunch hosted by OPSEU's Workers of Colour Caucus10:00 AM to Noon

Make sure you have enough energy for the day's activities by fueling up at the Workers of Colour Caucus Annual Pride Brunch!  Following that, meet up with the rest of the OPSEU contingent at the top of Bloor Street and Park Road in preparation for the annual Pride Parade!  

35th Anniversary of the Pride Parade

Bring sunscreen, water (to drink AND to squirt) and get ready to march, dance and celebrate the 35th Annual Pride Parade! 

Members and their guests who would like to be on the float will need to register by sending an e-mail to pride@opseu.org

Pride BBQ hosted by OPSEU's Provincial Human Rights Committee

What is the best thing after spending an afternoon in the sweltering heat?  Air conditioning!  However, burgers and hot dogs are a close second.  The BBQ has both! 
Join fellow OPSEU members, their friends and families at the OPSEU Membership Centre as we wind down the weekend's festivities.
