Colleen Macleod, Sector Chair

In 1997, Colleen began her career with the LCBO as a casual, a classification she held for 11 years. In 2007, Colleen got involved in the union and rose to be President of one LBED’s largest locals, 5107. A passionate leader, Colleen has mentored dozens of activists: locally, regionally and across the province. She humbly serves as our sector Chair and has a wealth of knowledge from serving on the divisional executive as Secretary/Treasurer, Chair of the Education and Communications Committee and dozens of LBED committees. In addition, she has led several bargaining teams through challenging contract negotiations achieving unparalleled gains for our members.
At home, Colleen dotes on her cats, her niece and nephew, and keeps it sweet by baking and making candy. Weird fact: Colleen spends free time watching the legislature.
Damian Campbell, Vice Chair

Damian’s career with the LCBO spans more than two decades and has helped shape his passion for advocacy and activism. Damian has been president of Local 378 for six years and was a member of the 2024 Bargaining Team.
He brings that experience to the table in his new role as Vice Chair.
Damian prioritizes transparency, collaboration and inclusivity, and intends to apply those same values in this next endeavour. He knows hard work and dedication are the keys to success in building and maintaining relationships.
When it’s time to relax, he can be found on the golf course.
Shelley Robitaille, Secretary / Treasurer

Shelly began working for the LCBO in 2003 and has held several leadership positions throughout her career, including President of Local 162.
On the divisional executive, Shelly served as Chair of Pension and Benefits from 2017 to 2025.
Her tenacity during her tenure helped our sector navigate through numerous pension and benefit changes. Shelly has also been a driving force throughout multiple rounds of bargaining as a mobilizer.
Now, as Secretary/Treasurer, Shelly will continue her legacy of diligence, dedication and transparency.
In Shelly’s downtime, you can find her spending quality time with her four boys and five grandchildren.
Stephanie Hickman, Chair, Pensions and Benefits

Stephanie has worked for the LCBO since 2012 and became an active leader within Local 377, serving on the Local Executive Committee.
She also mobilized Region 3, moving into the historic LCBO strike. Last term, she was a member‑at‑large on the Pensions & Benefits Committee, helping members access resources and simplify complex pension and benefits concepts.
Stephanie is excited to continue representing members and contributing to the success of our sector.
Outside of her union work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her seven-year-old son.
Whether colouring together or simply unwinding, those moments keep her grounded and remind her why this work matters.
Debbie McGuinness, Chair, Provincial Health and Safety Committee

As President of Local 5110, Debbie has been holding the employer accountable in our workplaces for more than 12 years. She is recognized as a strong negotiator who fights tirelessly to win grievances for members, tackles human rights and accommodation issues, and empowers workers to stand up and enforce our collective agreement.
A dedicated labour and community activist, Debbie’s passion for health and safety drives her leadership and advocacy across Ontario. She is honoured to have been re-elected as Chair of the Provincial Health and Safety Committee.
Outside of her union work, Debbie enjoys hiking with her dog, Sunny.
Craig Hadley, Chair, Education And Communications

In the fall of 1997, Craig completed a field placement at the former Liquor License Board, located on the second floor of the LCBO head office. He then joined the LCBO as a security guard while earning a degree in Labour Studies and Corporate Communications. By 2001, Craig was promoted to the Retail Point of Sale Help Desk, giving him the unique opportunity to problem-solve with members across the province.
Craig brought those problem-solving skills into leadership positions within OPSEU/SEFPO, focusing on union education, communications, mobilizing and bargaining. He is thrilled to be re-elected as Chair of the Education and Communications Committee.
In his spare time, Craig enjoys watching documentaries, gardening and spending time with his rescue dog, Bernie, named after Bernie Sanders.
Lorrie Scuffell, Chair, Anti-Privatization

Everything Lorrie does as an activist is for family, friends and community.
In 2021, Lorrie was voluntold to run for her first union position: Treasurer of Local 4100. This further ignited her passion for activism, which saw Lorrie take on new roles, including Region 4 Mobilizer and member-at-large on the Anti-Privatization and By-law Review Committees. Today, she is Vice President of her local and Secretary for the Rideau St. Lawrence Area Council.
Beyond activism, Lorrie spends her time with her two children, two dogs and two cats. She also enjoys cooking, painting and documentaries.
