OPSEU/SEFPO has 15 new facilitators for regional education events, and all of them are francophone members!
Selected from across Ontario, participants gathered at the Sudbury membership centre in July for a four-day Train the Trainer. With a focus on course facilitation techniques and strategies, the program offered everyone the opportunity to build their facilitation skills and share their experiences as francophone union activists.
The group wore blue on July 8 in solidarity with the College Support Full-time bargaining team at the table, and also celebrated with a black t-shirt day in support of the We Are Worth It BPS organizing campaign, all in French, of course!
