Yesterday we attended interest arbitration with arbitrator Lindsay Lawrence.
With the assistance of arbitrator Lawrence, we attempted to mediate the outstanding issues with the employer. This included key compensation items such as wages, premiums and vacation.
Although progress was made, the arbitrator has determined that an additional hearing day will be scheduled for December 09, 2025, to allow the parties to make additional submissions on the outstanding matters.
