As noted in our last communication following our last interest arbitration date on September 24, 2025, arbitrator Lawrence had scheduled an additional hearing date for December 09, 2025.
Following this communication, your bargaining team heard the frustrations from the membership, as we encountered yet another delay in our renewal agreement, and the much-deserved retro pay that comes with it.
Your bargaining team has heard you loud and clear and we are pleased to report that we have been successful in gaining the Employer’s agreement to allow arbitrator Lawrence to issue a decision on the outstanding items based on the submissions made at our first hearing date in September.
Therefore, the hearing scheduled on December 09, 2025 has been cancelled – arbitrator Lawrence has all the necessary information from the submissions of both parties, and we expect an award to be issued within a week or two.
Once the award is issued, we will send out another Bloodlines bulletin with all the details.
