The Coalition of Racialized Workers (CoRW), as a representative body of Black and racialized workers within OPSEU/SEFPO, is committed to fostering community engagement, cultural representation, and empowerment through purposeful capacity building efforts.
CoRW is excited to invite OPSEU/SEFPO members to apply and join Saldenah Band for the upcoming Toronto Caribbean Carnival Grand Parade on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025.
This year’s theme, “Spirit of Carnival” continues Caribana’s celebration of solidarity, diversity, strength, defiance, freedom, and showcases the rich historical significance of Caribbean people and culture.
Venue: The Grand Parade will take place at Toronto Exhibition Place.
Date: Saturday, August 2, 2025
Time: Meet-up time is at 7:00am and the gathering location will be shared with successful applicants.
