Every day, nurses across all sectors—including Long-Term Care Homes, Retirement Homes, Hospitals, Community Nursing, and Correctional Institutions—face threats to our safety while providing essential care. Our communities deserve to know what is happening behind closed doors. Employers and the Government MUST do better to protect healthcare workers and ensure safe working environments for all.
